As Program Director for Workforce, Education and Training (WET) since 2007, Adrienne Shilton has played a critical role in the development of the workforce California will need to transform its public mental health system and meet the needs of consumers long into the future. Adrienne provides technical assistance to counties as they plan and implement their WET programs under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).
