This presentation will explore findings from a report by the Los Angeles Partnership for Evidence Based Solutions in Elder Health that provides a snapshot of health priorities, the emergence of chronic health and social conditions in the community including the rising number of Latinos with Alzheimer´s disease, the impact of depression on quality of life, and the growing economic insecurity facing Los Angeles´ Latino elders and baby boom generation who have begun to reach age 65 and will continue to grow dramatically over the next 20 years..
