Liz Miles is the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Workforce Education and Training Coordinator for the County of San Diego, Behavioral Health Services. She has been a member of the County of San Diego’s team since MHSA passed in 2004. Liz received a Masters degree of Public Health in Health Service Administration and a Masters degree of Social Work from San Diego State University.
