Michelle O’Neal serves as Workforce Education and Training Coordinator for the Monterey County Health Department, Behavioral Health Division. Ms. O’Neal engages with diverse consumers, family members, and community stakeholders in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating training and mental health career pathway programs. Ms. O’Neal received her Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
