Rosalie Corona, Ph.D.

Dr. Corona is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University and the Founding Director of the VCU Latino Mental Health Clinic. Her research focuses on adolescent health promotion and risk reduction among Latino and African American youth, including youth of parents with HIV and is community-based. She has worked with children exhibiting a range of psychological difficulties, including children who have experienced significant trauma. Dr. Corona received her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
